"Problem is already a solution"

Did you ever experience this deep feeling that something is missing? In your life, in your understanding, in your relationship, in your work? Did you ever wish there would be somebody answering your questions, explaining why your life is like it is, and how to make a change?

“I think problems are very healthy, they are very important for us. It is just to understand: Where do they lead you? Maybe your problem contains something you are searching for and you are using it to get to your goal. If you get to know how to use your problem, you don’t need to fight against it. This is what a decoder helps you with.”

Thomas Hertlein’s profession is to be human, to understand expressions of life and translate them. Throughout his life his passion to understand why the world works as it does drove him to search for answers for life – Why does the body function as it does, what is real love, why is there jealousy or competition, what is the sense of crime or suffering? Why is it hard to understand each other? Why do people hurt?

His search for answers led him to the worlds of medicine, psychology, philosophy, theology and psychopathology. When those worlds came to their limits he continued to alternative treatments, metaphysics, eastern philosophies and martial arts to name a few.

When an answer for a body problem could not be found on the body he searched in the relationships, in the beliefs, feelings, thoughts and needs. Or the other way around – he looked for answers in the body to understand relationships, feeling and needs e.g. When science reached its’ limits he worked with children with special abilities and discovered new laws of life.

The human decoder – is like a traveller of the matrix, an entity where all kinds of worlds meet. Like computers human beings use “programs” to express life – the body has different ways of functioning, our relationships are built in diverse ways, and our behaviours, beliefs and thoughts follow patterns resembling programs, each one having a unique code. All of these patterns are connected to each other through the matrix and form a body. He explores and understands the world through different structures. In each world he found the human being as the creator. Together with these “architects” he takes a look on the programming of a world, finding the limits and missing links.

All his knowledge and experience from different fields of life has been combined into one living philosophy called Homo Simplex – the simple human. It is based on Thomas Hertlein’s lifestyle and philosophy on being human. Out of it grew an approach on human concerns called holistic human understanding, human decoding. Today it is used e.g. in medicine, business, self-development and social understanding.

Thomas has dedicated his life to discovering the sense in senselessness and treating problems as solutions while decoding and understanding his experiences.
One of the basics of his work and personal beliefs is that everything that happens in life is a solution for us on some level; we just need to find out what for.
In many medical, philosophic and holistic fields it is a common belief that you are on the right track when you are healthy and don’t have problems. What if a malfunction has much more value than we give credit for?
